the best idea i could come up with is a LT1 oil pump drive that mounted to a piece of billet... the billet then reached up towards the china wall.. id have to drill a hole in my block thru the china wall (two actually) and mount it thru thoes holes....

since this is my oil pump, thats kind of a big risk. :( not to mention im drillin in my motor, and its already assembled...

Are you installing a conventional distributer?
