oil leak on intake

I'm getting ready to fix that pesky oil leak on the back of my intake and I've been reading a few different tech pages, including looking in the Haynes Repair Manual, and I was wondering if it is really neccessary to drain the engine coolant? I already have the TB bypass and that's the only place that I will have to worry about the coolant, right???? Second, in the repair manual it says that I have to release the fuel pressure before I remove the fuel lines and the rail, but I found a web page were the guy didn't and didn't say that he had any problems?

Sorry for the long post. Any info will help.

1. No you don't if you have the TB bypass

2. Yes, if you don't want gas pooring out the whole time your messing with the intake. Just take off the gas cap and it should be fine.

Thanks for the info. Its unreal how hard it is to find a fuel pressure guage around here. I've been to four different auto parts stores and none of them carry it. I'll try the gas cap thing. Makes life much easier.

Later,
Jason
