Well this is getting on my nerves

I keep leaking oil from my Crank seal in the timing cover

I have replaced the seal and even put a shim on the hub because it felt like there was a grove in it but it just keeps on leaking.
I notice it more after a quick run to get on the high-way or after a hard shifting to pass a slow poke.
The car is a 6-speed!
