Ocean of Oil
 

So I got the car running, and OMG Im still nutting on myself.

There is a SMALL problem though:
Dude that built my motor shimmed the hi volume oil pump to run at 80 psi (which is cool at idle), but as soon as you give it some gas, it blows the oil filter gasket and leaves an ocean of oil under the car.

Ideas that don't include removing the oil pump?

Easy way to drop the pan to remove the shim?
