not your average opti question

ok heres the deal. i need to put my opti back on my car, but i have two of them. my question is, is the opti supposed to spin free. well not the opti but that little pin on the back. when you try to turn it is it supposed to turn pretty easy? cuz on one opti the pin turns the opti pretty easy, i mean real easy. and on the other it kinda gets stuck and you have to try harder to spin it.

yes it needs to be pretty easy to spin

when it sticks you get the hesitation from miss fires because the baring is bad and the pick up gets an interupted singnal

so in other words use the smooth one

Early[unvented] opti's are notorious for bearing failure.. rough bearing is no good... use the 'free' one..
