Need Some Pics
 

I know this will probably be moved to the appearance forum (it is actually already there), but there are many more people here so i will try both. I am looking for pictures of racing stripes on a cowl induction hood on 4th gens. I perfer to get pics of a red car with white stripes but it really don't matter. I am repainting my car. It is red and I painted white stripes on it a couple of years ago and love the way it looks. I now have a 3" cowl hood and trying to get an idea of how I want to lay the stripes out. Please give me some feedback because I have searched and searched with no luck. Thanks.

If our moderator, Brent, was on here, I am sure he would move your post and tell you not to cross post (since you already said you posted in appearance).

That said, Brent (the guy that may have to move your post) ironically has the website that you need to visit to look at a lot of pics of cars with all kinds of color schemes and stripes. His "appearance modification guide" has been a long time staple for 4th gen folks.

Intentionally posting on the wrong forum because "there are many more people here" is extremely inconsiderate of others. People who have valid "LT1 Engine Tech" questions find their posts forced off the bottom of the page.

I'm at the point where I no longer answer questions posted on the wrong forum. If its on my forum, it gets moved to the correct forum. If its on another moderator's forum, I simply hit the "report this post" button.

1-bad-z28, shoebox and Injuneer hit it on the head and I need say no more. Please in the future and anybody else who reads this, keep in mind what shoebox and Injuneer have said.

In my sig is the Appearance Guide shoebox mentioned. Here is the guide that will someday replace the one in my sig if I can ever get it finished. LOL! :D
