My year and a half old opti seems to be dead. I bought it from the part lady on ebay who has a 2 year warranty. Problem is they need the original box for a warranty return. Anyone keep their box? I would gladly send my new one back to you should you need to return yours. Just PM me if you have on that you would be willing to part with. Thanks.

 

You don't need a new box.

I had the same issue, emailed them explaining that I had accidentally thrown the box away and they basically said no worries, send it back.

I did and they honored the warranty.

Contact them via ebay, print out their reply and put a copy of it in the box, with your Opti that you send back.

They will take care of you.
