need some help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently put a lt4 hot cam kit in and i have drove it about 20 to 50 miles not really sure.So today i go out to start it, its been sitting for about 2 weeks cause its been rainin forever so it starts up but it stops as soon as it starts. now it acts like its locked up i cant turn it over by hand either. the car was skippin when it was warmed thats another reason i haven't been driving it, but the motor sounded great when it ran last other then the skip.im wondering if maybe i the intake loosen up and when it rained the water that was sitting on the intake leaked into the combustion chamber, or the cam torx bit backed out. i really have no idea just really pissed off the car only has 58,000 miles on it. open to any ideas or suggestions. thanks jack

Im just throwing out an idea here, But possibly your starter might have stuck with the gear engauged into the teeth on the flywheel. You might want to get a flash light and look to see that the gear isnt stuck out. If it is you can tap the case on the starter lightly and it might disengauge. Or rock the car with it in gear and it might pop back in. My starter freaked out once and got stock like that. Hope it helps.

hmm that sounds kinda scary. Maybe pull the plugs and turn it over to make sure there is no liquid in the cylenders.

Pull your valve covers and see if all the valves are still in their hole.

Sounds like hydro lock to me too. Pull all of the plugs and try to crank for about 2 seconds. If if does fine, then it was hydro lock. If not, then you have a big problem.

Even if it was hydro lock, you have big problems. Think of how much stress that put on ****. You cant compress a liquid, and having water in a cylinder for two weeks is a REALLY long time. It could have ruinged the finish on the cylinder walls by now.

Yes it can bend rods. I don't think even two weeks would cause anything to worry about. It'll just be surface rust. I've had worse.
