Need part # for door lock
Some di*ck brake in to my car tonight and took my CD-player., and I need new lock (passenger side)..What is the part # for it? Can I use a lock from other GM car?

Some locks are probably interchangeable, but I don't know which ones.
GM PART # 12518881. You will need it coded to your key.

Whay you ment by "You will need it coded to your key". I thought that I just have to buy a new lock with new key and thats it 
....
