need help with a y pipe issue/ identification

hey guys,

i decided to convert my car back to near stock conditions. therefore the jet hot longtubes and true duals are comming off. i threw out my stock exhaust when i installed the new set up. so i had to buy stock manifolds and a y pipe. the problem is that i can't remember what they look like. i bought the manifolds and they look correct, but the pass side has a triangle flange that i don't remember having. i got the y pipe today and it doesn't look right. it has the triangle flange and a huge round canister under it????????. i don't remember that being there when it took off my stock one. it has two O2 sen in the pipe and one cat. i bought it all off the same guy, and he said that everything came off the same car. does the y pipe sound correct. i don't want to start taking stuff off just to put it back on again due to the wrong parts. if anyone has pics of a stock y pipe, please post them for me. my car is a 95, and i believe that this setup is off a 94. thanks for all the help in advance.

Sounds like a '94 setup. Yours should have two cats.

My factory y-pipe had the cat which sat under the passenger side floor pan and the O2's were near the exhaust manifolds. I don't recall the canister under the flange. Both of my flanges were triangular if I recall..... geez, now you have me second guessing myself . I know that my borla y-pipe had tringular flanges and the cat was still under the passenger floor pan.

another thing is that one of the o2 sen is located after the cat. the y pipe also came in two pieces. wtf...... i'm definitely confused. the o2 sen is so far away that i don't think the harness can reach even with the extensions i bought for the longtubes. are the y pipes that different from year to year? anybody have pics? i could take pics but i don't know how to post them. the guy says that its off a 97z. is that compatible with my 95? thanks for all the help.
