1995 camaro z28 stock, only has magnaflow exhaust. I'm interested in gaining power between 3000-5000rpm. Let me know if there will be additional upgrades needed when switching the cam.

For what you're looking to do don't bother calling Lloyd or anyone for that matter. If all you're looking for is a bit extra between 3000 and 5000 go with gears (3.73s if you're an auto, 4.10s if you're a 6-speed) and 1.6 rockers. You don't need a cam or anything along those lines.

 

If all you have done now is a catback then a cam should not even be on the horizon for you, you have a LOT to do before you even begin to think about that.

Gears as said are one, headers, CAI, could consider 1.6 rockers and NEW springs. If an A4 then you need to do a stall first, shift kit is a good idea too. Then maybe some suspension tweaks so you can use the power.
