Need help

Okay, First off I want to thank you for reading this post. I crashed my 93 firebird about two months ago. I need a new bumper, fender, headlight, bumper support, fog lights, horns, turn signals. I ordered the front end conversion kit from a company that will remain nameless for 1300$, about 5 weeks ago, and the guy kept giving me the run around, so I got a refund. Now I am screwed b/c I bought a brand new raptor hood, and everywhere else is 700$ more. Here is my question FINALLY. Should I
1.Buy the stock peices, spend the money to paint them, and sell the whole car or
2.Just part the car out
I am looking to get about 5000$ either way
p.s It is a 1993 auto, 157,000 miles 4:10's, rebuilt tranny, msd ign, ram air h.o hood w/intake, Brand new hooker LT's with true dual, good tires, Very clean gray cloth interior, Ran a 13.3. The forest green paint is cracking on the roof, and faded on the rear bumper. Chrome c5 17x9.5 rims that are not perfect.

Thanks for the response's.
Matt

Even if the car were together, you wouldn't get $5000 in my part of the country. The best suggestion is either find a junkyard or one of those supply houses that sell Korean knock off parts. Figure the cost of parts and labor and what that would add to the value of what you have now. If the math doesn't add up to more profit, sell it as you have it. Just remember everyone will want to haggle on the cost.
