Need a guide for changing ALL coolant/heater hoses on LT1 ASAP

Hey guys, my dad is in town and we're going to be replacing all of the coolant/heater hoses today. I looked at shoebox's site and wasn't able to find a guide for how to do this. Can someone provide one?

Sorry, I forgot to say what I basically needs to know...

Do I have to worry about anything in regard to clamping new hoses to the aluminum piping? Is there anyone with any tips in general for doing this process? Any warnings? Any advice at all?

Just take the old hoses off, put the new hoses on. Pretty simple. Just be careful not to get the optispark wet. I reused the constant tension clamps, but if you want you can use regular worm clamps.

I switched to worm clamps. I HATE THOSE TENSION CLAMPS!!!

It's not rocket science. :)

Any advice on getting the block drain plug out? We're not having any luck.

Any way you can, though you don't need to remove it to replace hoses.

Update: We've been sidetracked by some other repairs and such, but we've almost got it done. Just having trouble tracking down a few hoses; we're trying to avoid generic hose.

Definitely not the easiest task getting those hoses off that are the furthest to the passenger side... whew...
