Need Engine and Stall help

Heres my problem,
(Problem 1) Everything i got is in my signature. My problem is this, I just built the motor and put it in tonight. When i am driving the car, it seems like it will not come out of Stall. It makes a lot of noise, but doesnt pull like it should. I have a 2500 lockup-and the transmission only shift at wide open throttle and even then, it shifts sometimes and then it wont. The transmission is brand new from GM. Anyone got any hits, to make the power go to the ground?
(Problem 2) I have the ODB 1 conver from Madwolf. ( Not complaining at all, we got it all worked out) I put in the programmed puter and it ran smooth, but wouldnt shift. So i put in the stock puter, and the car would shift sometimes, but wouldnt idle. So i put back in the one from Madwolf and it wont shift and it idle's iratic and cuts off. Sorry for being so wishy was with my info, but you gotta know how if feels to spend $4600 and 6 months of work and it runs like chit. Anybody got any hints? I just wont the car to run smooth and get the little power i got to the ground. (I guess just like everyone wants) Oh yea, i still got the 2.73 gear in the car.

Have you talked to Ion about the problem? It sounds like a tuning issue. Are you getting any codes? Maybe you should try a data logger. Then it would be easier to figure out what's going on.

you didn't mention anything about the 2.73 gear still being in the car. That's why it doesn't shift... since it's programmed for 3.42s..

For one thing you are rushing too much. You expect to take a 6 month job and get it running the same day you install it. I'll bet there isn't one rebuilt engine on this board that started and ran fine the first time.

SLOW DOWN, you're gona crash.

Sounds to me like a communication problem between customer and tuner.

if this is a tunning issue, I will take the blame. Madwolf did exactly what i told him to do. I just havent broke down and bought a install kit yet for that gear. I am going back today and take the valve covers off today. I thought when you had your computer adjusted for the gear setting, it was just for the speedometer.
