Unhappy is it my opticrap?

ok about 3 weeks ago, my car started missing. at first it wasnt too bad and then it got worse. i replaced the wires and the plugs on it but its still happening. but when the car sits overnight or hasn't been running for a while, and its cold, it doesnt start to miss for about 20 miles or so. and this problem doesn't happen too much unless i am at higher rmps. does this sound like the opti? by the way it is a 94 z28.

How many miles on it?
The cap and rotor could be bad.
My optical part was fine but the cap and rotor were toast when I pulled them at 135k.

Its not bad at all.
I had a friend help me out cause I had to replace the oil seal on the water pump drive shaft, it took us about 4 hours.
2 to take it apart which I did, and 2 to put it back together which my friend did most of.
Fired right up and the car runs so much better now.
