Is my car running to its potential?

I am beginning to think that my car is a little slow for the mods that I have on it. Lemme know what you guys think.

Mods:
Moroso CAI, Granatelli MAF, 1LE intake elbow, MAC midlength headers, y-pipe, and high flow cat, flowmaster catback, Vigilante 2800 stall converter, nitto drag radials, Transgo Shift kit, Lakewood LCAs, GM Hot Cam kit (1.6 rr, cam, lifters, spacers... the whole nine yards), B&M tranny cooler, new plug wires, Walboro fuel pump, and last but not least 2.73 gears... Yuck! Hopefully these will be going away soon.

The car is a 95 Z with only has 65,000 on it and my best time is:
1/4: 13.36 @ 102.xx
60': 1.8x

Any suggestions, or am I about right. If it matters, I race just across the Illinois/Wisconsin border at Great Lakes Dragaway usually (this is the only place that i have raced with the hot cam).

Yea you should definately be in the 12's even with those 2.73 gears since you have a stall and it will get you up in the rpm's. Oh and the mph is downright bad.....check out my mods in sig.....my mph is right on with yours and I dont even have headers. Truthfully I think if you don't have a mail order tune (or dynotune) that could be killing your hp a bunch. Another thing is that I have heard very mixed results with the granatelli maf on auto cars and that very well could be screwing up your air/fuel ratio. I don't know, maybe tune up your entire car and if nothing helps then I would look to the opti being bad, or I would dyno the car and find out the a/f and what not.

PS. Your 60 foot looks pretty decent, so I would look to a loss in horsepower somewhere.

Re: Is my car running to its potential?

think your cars missing some juice? , my 2 bests with all the mods on my 97 is 13.445 @ 102.76mp 2.0289 60ft and 8.63 1/8th
13.449 @ 102.2 mph 1.972 60ft and 8.607 1/th

needless to say I have traction issues but 102mph , isnt that a bit low for h&c ?

not trying to hijack your thread just letting ya know your not alone

Not at all, that set up even with the 2.73s should have enough power to trap a lot faster than a 102 and be in the 12s easily.

my mods are in sig and compared to what you have you should be 12.8x (my opinion)
