Is my cam trashed?

Not sure how but it looks like my cam has rust spots on a couple of the lobes. Is it pretty much trash now? I tried to see if I could get it off, but no luck.

talk to a machiene shop, i think that they might be able to polish the lobes. im not 100 percent positive, but as long as its not pited, it should be ok.

If it's not pitted you can take that off with some WD-40 and a scotchbrite pad. Then clean it well and put more WD on it to keep the rust off.
