msd ignition
Realistically for a stock car your will not see a benefit with an aftermarket ignition system. BTW MSD does not sell a distributor for an LT1. People typically go with an MSD ignition coil once there stocker goes bad.
if you plan to get an ignition box...
get the msd 6AL instead of just the 6a. the AL has a built in rev limiter that is much more effective than the stock limiter. alot of guys will have their stock limiter raise a little then put the 6al limiter at the stock setting...
stock cuts fuel to sequental cylinders...bad for nitrous use!
MSD cuts spark i beleive.
