motor quit no mil lamp?

any help to new problem greatly appreciated
motor cut out , no mil , found 10 amp ignition fuse
underhood popped. new fuse car started , rough idle
revved aprrox. 3,000 motor quit again , fuse still good
no start , cannot scan OBD-II codes ,is this year
complaint?? 95 t/a auto, 85,000 miles 5.7 , a/c
16 pin ALDL ????
