More engine problems w/ video

Ok after i found out my timing chain was off i went in and lined up the marks, put it all back together and now it wont start. It even started when the timing was off so im pretty sure it has to do with the opti, waterpump, vaccum area. It acts like the battery is dying but it is at 100%. The lights fliker and its cuts in and out of the starter. Is this a bad ground or what?

Video:
sorry its a bad video...

Oh and what is the sensor directly behind the intake manifold? It has the screw on elbow... Mine is cracked and i need a new one.

EDIT: NVM i searched and its oil pressure sensor would this be part of the problem?

The broken oil pressure sensor will just cause a check gauges light.

Have you made sure the plug wires are on correctly? Everything that was unplugged during install is plugged up? I take it it's getting fuel and spark?

What all did you remove/change before it started acting like this?
Are all your battery/alternator/ground connections goodandtight?

another thing to check is to make sure all the wire connections are connected into the opti and coil. Sounds very similar to a 2 part problem i ran into. 1st the coil wire in the opti walked out slightly, causing the car to not run well and sometimes jsut not start up. I foudn this problem at ngiht, I had my dad try to start the car while I looked under the hood int eh dark and I saw the arcing. A week later the same wire created an arch from teh wire itself to the waterpump hose clamp, when it had this problem the whole thing killed off and wouldnt start again. Sounded very similar to how this video sounds.....

good luck man!!!

ps: if you have an msd ignition box like the 6al make sure you are not runnign stock plug wires.

Something's unplugged?
Have you checked to see if you're getting spark to the plugs? Fuel?
Start with the simple things. It's either ignition or fuel. Pick your poison.

The one on the starter is for the starter itself. The one on the oil pan stud is for the PCM, and it is supposed to be there.

Are you letting off the key during that video, or is the starter momentarily stopping on it's own?

If it's cutting out on it's own (I think that's what you meant) I'd look at the power wires and the main grounds.
