Misfire and Backfire
 

I have a 94 Z28 with a misfire and backfire, it seems to accelerate ok, its at a shop, the mechanic wants to R&R the opti, the wires, the plugs and waterpump. I dont have a problem replacing these parts, I dont want to replace these parts and still be scratching my head.....any help would be greatly appreciated..Thanks
