Question Major Fuel Injector Problem ... need help ?

I bought a car that has sat for about 6 years. The engine was out of it ( Frame damage so engnine had to be pulled ) and i just finished putting it back in. Then engine is starving for fuel ( Starts right up with starting fluid, then as soon as i quit spraying it, it dies ... ) Will crank and crank with out starting fluid. New fuel filter, then checked pressure at the Schrader. With the key in the ON posistion it read 45 PSI , so that should be fine , LT1's are suppose to be between 41 and 47 I think right ? And then 3 to 10 lower at idle ... At any rate , this put my problem to the Injectors. Hooked up a NOID light to the #2 cyl injector plug. Had my dad crank the engine. At first the light flashed, but dimly, then got brighter, and then it flat out died and quit flashing. It was flashing consistantly as far as timing is concerned. What could cause this ? I have been able to think of a few possibilities...

1 - The inkectors have clogged up with varnish and will not open correctly/spray and this is somehow screwing up the electrical workings of them making the NOID's brightness jump erradically

2 - There is a wire that was pinched/crushed in the wreck that is inside one of the wire harness bundles that i didnt know was bad.

3 - I missed a ground wire somwhere in the reinstall of the engine ( That i didnt uninstall ... so most of it was guesswork... I started a thread a week or two ago for where all the grounds were and shoebox hooked me up nicely with that awnser. ) I have all the ones hooked up that he listed and I'll take his word , but would a off or bad ground cause this ?

4 - The PCM is shot ... but then wouldnt other things not work as well ? Every other funtion of the computer controlled stuff seems fine.

I think #1 suggestion would be most likely because it had sat for at least 6 years this way... possibly since 96 when it was wrecked. Any suggestions as too what would cause this, I really need to no asap.

when i put my motor together i couldn't get it to run and it had fire so i was sure it was a fuel problem. I checked everything and then i even put my fuel rails and injectors into a friends car and tried that. The car would almost start if gas or something was put in the tb. It ended up being i had the opti one hole off but with gas or starting fluid it would hit and almost start.

Thanks ... Im positive the OPTI is on rite tho. I checked it like 3 times before i put it on on... kept makin sure the little differently marked hole was in line with the peg on the cam. Thats on fine, as well as the wires. There's definatly something wrong with either the injectors them self or the wiring since the NOID lite was lighting Dim, then got real bright, then died and didnt light at all the 2nd time my dad turned the key...
