Were those runs done on the same day?

If the timing curves were changed, it could have been causing some KR and would cause what you see there.
2 degrees of KR has been seen to cause a drop of 10 ft/lbs of TQ on the dyno. |

A knock module/sensor detects knock(or false knock for that matter), and sends the signal to the computer causing it to retard the timing. i believe it can retard it up to 20*. THis can cause a major loss of power, my car lost .3 at the track just by it picking up FALSE knock. He desensitizes the knock tables or whatever they are i believe. There are alot of things that can cause Knock/false knock.
