Anyone know the thread specs for the 4th gen lug nuts offhand?

I had busted them during the winter, the stock ones seem to be made of a very soft material...:blah:

Since my car is still "down" I was thinking of finally upgrading to 1/2" studs and wanted the specs of the old ones so I could estimate the strength difference. I do already have ARP's.
