LTX Shootout

I know this is not exactly TECH information... however I wanted to address the LT1 and LT4 owners on here, and figured this might be the better area to notify them of the LTX shootout.

Well, that time of the year is coming up on us quickly. The LTX Shootout will be held Fri,Sat and Sunday, August 31, Sept 1st and 2nd.

The actual racing event will be on Sept 1st, but Friday August 31st is the date for the car show. ANYTHING LTX powered, although there

has been talk of expanding the show to include sections for not LTX vehicles.

Check out all of the information here:

LTX SHOOTOUT.COM

Also, join us on LTXtech.com for more details in the SHOOTOUT section.

LTX Special Events

AND.... its just minutes from the Corvette Museum and Plant.

Re: LTX Shootout

I want to try and make it out this year, but we'll see how my schedule looks. I don't race the car, but I love watching what others can do.

Re: LTX Shootout

My worry is being 500 miles from home and blowing the stock 10 bolt. So, if I did race it, 1st and 2nd gear would be pretty much as lame as you can get.

Do they give trophies for slowest?

As I said earlier everyone that registers is getting something this year. There are lots of guys who show up just to spectate and have a good time. There is the Corvette museum about 5 minutes away too. Bowling Green is a very nice city to visit.
