Re: Ltcc mode
Do you mean Modes 1, 2, 3, 4 shown in the instructions stickied at the top of the LT1 Based Engine Tech forum?
1 - determines if the rev limiter is a sharp cutoff (like stock rev limiter - bang, engine drops RPM), or a softer cutoff that maintains the engine at the rev limiter setting limit with intermittent firing. 2 - do you have need for a 2-step rev limiter? Do you have an auto trans with a momentary button activated trans brake, used at the track to allow you to bring the revs up to your desired stall, and hold it there with your accel pedal on the floor, releasing the rev limiter when you take your finger off the button/launch, and resetting the rev limiter to your desired engine red line. Or maybe a turbo where you want to bring boost up to reduce lag, based on a specific RPM on the starting line, then reset to your red line after you launch. 3 - has to do with which side of the square wave cam position pulse signal (leading/rising edge or trailing/falling edge) is used by the PCM to use the square wave pulse for timing the ignition and sequential injectors. The instructions say to leave it in the “off” position. Your tuner would have to tell you if he wanted to change that. 4 - are you running nitrous? You would use this mode to activate nitrous or retard timing based on the input from the 2-step rev limiter. |

I currently have it set to 1- 0 on the dial and adeo2 set to 0 on dial. Just confused what adeo2 does and what dial for rev limiter is the best option on a stock lt1. Dont want to have it rev high and break lol.... |
Re: Ltcc mode
You may have a different version of the LTCC. The instructions I posted on this site indicate there is a 4-position DIP-switch. Yours appears to only have a 2-position switch.
Might get someone to respond here, but there just aren't many active members any more. You should try and contact Bob Bailey. Bailey LTCC setup |
