Try this again, might this ECM be bad?

Sorry mods for the misinformation.

A friend has a 1992 vette LT1 which I think is a "P" car. Car has set for 2 years, in garage.
Cranks but won't run. Noid light lights on all injectors. Spray gas in inlet and it will try to run till gas is gone. Fuel pressure is 42 PSI. I pulled a plug wire and there is a yellow spark while cranking.

Scan computer, no codes. Checked CCM, code H64. That code isn't in the GM shop manual.???

I disconnected the TPS and tried to start, of course it didn't. ECM still sets no codes. Unhooked the MAP sensor, tried to start, ECM set no codes.

When it sets overnight, the first time you try to start it it will run for about 2 seconds then die. Then just cranks.

Could this be a bad ECM, scanner sees all sensors, very cheap scanner, BTW. And they look nominal.

Thanks for any help.
