Does anyone know what code 16,41 and 51 are? My car stalled and wouldnt refire for 10 min. Then those 3 codes came up.

 

16 - OptiSpark low resolution pulse not found

41 - Ignition control circuit, open

51 - EEPROM program error

Was it raining or did you take your car to a carwash prior to these codes?

My car and a friends car will throw these codes 'Sometimes' if It rains heavily or on 'certain' car wash places that we go to. I usually just pull the PCM fuse for 5 minutes to clear the codes and its usually fine. Try re-setting the PCM, put the fuse back in it and see if the codes dissapear.
