I have an issue with my 94 LT1 engine. It makes a knocking/pinging sound under load/above 2k RPM. Battery is charged up and coolant is topped off. 93 Octane is in the gas tank. I will attach a video of the sound later. Any diagnosis? Can I continue driving for now or should I stop as soon as possible? Let me know soon!

 

if anyone can help please do! I dont know if I should leave my car at my friend's house or limp it home!

 

I found metal shavings in my oil. I won't have the money to repair it, but thanks for reading.
