Question LT-1 build up ?

HI I'm am a new member and have a 1995 z-28 4L60E. I have mostly worked on older cars my whole life and not up to par on the newer performance engines. I'm looking around the 400-450 hp range and I need some accurate input on some engine build up combinations for the LT-1 in this hp range. Any and all input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

3.75 crank, port the stock heads and a more aggressive cam, you will be in your HP range easy. Assume you mean FWHP.

I did it for both my 383's (well, last one was AFR heads not stock).

you can hit 450rwhp or flywheel hp, but the rwhp will cost you almost double. It will require a aggressive setup. If you only mean flywheel thats very simple, large cam and bolt ons or heads and cam.

You havent really said what your plans are though so its hard to give you good advice.

Thanks for the info guys. Sorry about not being specific I will be using car for street and strip purposes mostly strip but I also would like to drive it around on the occassional weekend you know what I mean. Yes I also meant FWHP. I know the stroker kits seem to be a pretty big hit, but I'm kinda tring to stay away from those so I guess I need to know about what size cam would be nice and I guess the LT-4 head setup. If not please let me know

You don't need "an LT4 head setup". You can achieve 400-450 HP at the flywheel with ported LT1 heads and a matching cam, along with the supporting intake, exhaust, etc. modifications. Here's an example of a source:
