Question LS1 Intermediate pipe Fit Dual cat LT1?

Will a LS1 3" intermediate pipe fit on a dual cat LT1?

I'm looking at installing the Dynomax Ultra flow and they have listed on there site a 3' intermediate pipe but it look like it is for a ls1 application. PArt number for the I pipe are 54064 and the over the axle pipe 53061. USing the 17536 Ultra flow .

They should have a listing on their web site or catalog for cat backs for both single and dual cat cars. the pipe is different. I know flowmaster, Borla, Random Tech, etc, all have different listings depending on single or dual cat cars.

I'm aware the differences between dual and single cat catback "I" Pipes

I was looking at the dynomax catalog, unfortuantly if you look closely (footnotes) the catalog list "I" pipe for 93-95 only (single) so my question was could i use the "I" pipe listed for the LS1 98-02?

I cant belive no one else has hit this one, infact i remember this coming up once before at least. The only thing i can think of is to give them a call. I'll check on the factory manual, to see if the two pipes are similar.

Isnt that one of them is a little longer than the other? I really cant remember but thats what I thought was different. If you need one and you can use a 95 single cat pipe, I have a brand new Borla pipe that I never used. I paid 80.00 for it but I will sell it for much cheaper than that and like I said it has never been on the car.
