Re: Loudmouth

Jesus, I just had a brainfart on the exact location of it.

I'd search for "exhaust sound clips" or "Loudmouth sound clips" on the search and see what it comes up with.

The site I am thinking of has all kinds of exhaust set-ups and cam packages that people have submitted.

I have that setup (or had) and I loved it at wide open throttle, but around town I thought it was too raspy/rice-ish.

I swapped out the muffler/resonator for a Hooker Aerochamber muffler and absolutely love it. Rumbly at idle, loud around town (quiet in the car compared to my buddy's flowmaster and quiter in the car then the SLP), and I think it sounds sweet as hell with the LT's.

I want slightly louder around town now so I am getting some cut-outs...but it isn't much quieter than the SLP LM setup I orignally had...I can't even tell the difference.

www.ls1sounds.com

That took a whole two minutes. I searched for "sound clips" the second link thread i clicked on had the link in it. See how much easier things could be. This is with the slowest interent connection i have honestly saw in my life. Now how long did it take for you to get a reply back on this? More than two minutes? If so, you are wasting time in your life.

Re: Loudmouth

my buddy had that set up on his LT1 and i thought it sounded like a** it sounded alright when it was floored and idling but thats about it, he ended up ditching that for true duals. However everyone has their own opinion on what sounds good.
