Location for O2 sims

What is the correct place location for O2 sims? The Package came with the sims and some zip-ties. Just plug and play?

You plug them into the harness connectors for the after-cat O2 sensors, and tie the harness up out of the way, somehwere that it won't be damaged or dangle down and drag on the ground. Or did I miss the point of your question?
