It is a vacuum hose that goes into the manifold on the passenger side. Mine is cracked.

It has "1/4 GM6148-M 111596" imprited in white on it. That didn't seem to be the part# though. It is just some thick vacuum hose about 5" long. I will try to post a pic later when I can get access to a camera.

It goes into a square boxy piece with an electrical connector with a red and teal clip. The other connector is adjacent to the oil cap and also has a teal connector. Should I just go pick up some vacuum hose or is there a part #?

It sounds like the vacuum hose for the EVAP system?
