can i double stack the gaskets ?

Re: leaky collectors?

I know what you mean. When you tighten the collectors the flanges bend when you tighten them pretty tight. I just put some exhaust mender on them. No leaks anymore. What are signs of leaks of headers off the heads?

Come to think of it, I did double stack the gaskets. Put 2 gaskets in there. Try the High temp RTV sealant too. I also used exhaust patch and it doesn't leak anymore. I need to actually have the rest of my sysem re welded.
