There is no fluid in your car that is white unless you are running Ajax in you cooling system. What does it smell like? Oil and water will turn "milky" or "chocolate milk" which is very bad. You could have an oil leak and with all of the water around perhaps it is splashing up and "washing" the oil off of the engine. Before I turn that key, I'd check EVERY fluid (Oil, Trans, Coolant, Power Steering, even the Brake level). Something is up. Was the leak there when you pulled into the parking spot?

ok,you might have a blown head gasket and the stuff thats leaking might actually be oil mixed w/coolant (a common problem when you have a blown head gasket). When oil mixes w/water/coolant it gets thicker and whiteish, this blend accelerates damage to the bearings and other moving parts in the engine,so if its a head gasket, dont drive it too much if at all. Has your car overheated any time recently?lots of times all it takes is a good overheat to blow a head gasket.First and most importantly thing to do is check the oil, post again after that is done so someone on this board (sorry i got to peace out right now ill check this post later)can further diagnose your cars problems.Do keep this in mind-Lots of times i get the feeling my car isnt running "right" but thats just my mind playin tricks on me,just LOOKING for something thats not there, you know what im sayin?well, good luck!

Keep you eyes open. If the fluids are good then start the car. If it idles good, then just watch the car closely for a few days. If it idles bad, then turn off the engine and run a compression test. It's time to check the head gaskets.
