kooks headers

ive recently heard of them and was wonderign if anyone is using them and how do they like them. and what is ground clearance like?

a guy around the block from me just got a set recently, not for an lt1 though (i dont know if they make a set for our cars), but for his 98 ls1 Z. cost 900$. im pretty certain theyre longtubes. ground clearance looks good, and hes lowered. they look good

Do either of you know where these can be found at? I'm been looking for headers (pretty much set on jethots), and trying to make the best choice. I won't be gettnig any for a while, but I like to plan ahead when dealing with my car, and the large sums of money such mods require.

i dotn know details about the headers itself on whats availible, but i was looking at them at keith craft in plano, tx.

IMO unless you plan on making big power out of your Lt1 I wouldn't really see the benefit with going to Cook headers.
I have heard people lose alot of power down low with these headers but it more power up top.
