Well me and my dad just made the deal and I am getting a 1995 Z28 with 50k miles and a few mods, many of which are suspension mods but there are a few others i dont know off hand. I have a few quick questions about LT!'s. First of all I am going to need some really good tires.. I am gonna have about 1k to spend on tires but am not sure what to get, any suggestions? Also I am looking for some help on what exhaust to get, somethiing that sounds good but will not sound raspy with headers. Also I am gonig to need to put in a cd player and I want to put new speakers in, for a above average system and some speakers what would that cost, 600-700$$?? Also besides that what would be some good mods that wouldnt cost a fortune to do. Thanks for the help!

We payed 8,250 for it, and it has about 2.5k in mods.....

 

Congratulations! Good luck w/ it. It sounds like you have a nice low-mileage car. I just got my 93 Z a couple weeks ago. I havent really had time to work on her yet since I'm in school but this week is finals so I cant wait to get my hands dirty.

CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will love it... Get back to us on the mod list for sure . I would say go with a corsa catback if you want a nice clean sound... borla is nice too and is sizeable for sound because it comes with plates. When it comes to tires.... man i have had my car for 3 years and i am still in the search for the "Right" tire so i cant help you there. I have major traction issues and i am going to go with DR's this summer.

I'd buy Michilin Pilots for tires. For exhaust I would also go with Corsa, and for speakers Canton, Focal or MB Quart
