yes they would work i def would get better springs than in the kitand check your push rod length.I have a hotcam in my car and i have 1.65 ratio RR and i had to go with .50 shorter with stock length the roller was way to far on the exhaust side of the valve tip

Anybody want to take a guess at the pushrod length for a stock cammed 96 WS6 using the 1.7RR Comp's. It appears that a 7.120" hardend' pushrod should be about right ? Stock pushrod is 7.200". What do you guys think ? The car currently has a set of 1.6 RR Comp's, LT4 springs, 7/16 screw in studs (GM), NSA guide plates (GM) and a set of hardend' 7.200" comp pushrods. I'm thinking the 7.120" comp hardend' pushrod with 1.7 RR comps ( I've had these rockers new in the box for a long time ) using the LT4 springs (.525 lift, max) or should I use the EX-614 springs (combination motorsports, sitting in a box for a long time (.600 lift, max) with the 1.7 setup.

Don't guess. The geometry in the setup will have a huge determining effect on the durability of it all. Get an adjustable pushrod to measure and do it the right way. You'll save money in the long run if you keep yourself from doing it wrong in the first place.

Snorkelface,
I would agree not to guess at the geometry. Just wanting some input on what others have measured for the correct pushrod length. Probably worded that wrong by saying "guess" I have a pushrod length checker and will certainly take a measurement.
