Is it possible for antifreeze to leak as well when there is a intake manifold leak present?

Or is it most likely a head gasket that needs to be replaced. This is on a 94 Z28 and has never overheated or ran hot.

There are no coolant passages in an LT1 intake manifold. It is not like a regular SBC.

Coolant does go into the bottom of the throttle body, but not the intake.
