important changed brakes and rotors then....

first 94 z pretty much stock 118k

Well yesterday i put ceramic pads and drilled slotted rotors all the way around car was running perfect like brand new. Well after it was all done it stops great but now it hesitates like crazy on the low end and it was running perfect. The only mistake I made was on the last tire I was doing When i clamped the plunger on the caliper I forgot to crack open the bleed screw,(saved me a whole half second) anyway brake fluid squirted from where the master cylinder goes into the brake booster. I dunno but could that maybe have caused a vacuum leak? I've squirted a whole can of intake cleaner under the hood and all over the brake booster b ut no change. No ses light runs great though once going but stumbles like hell with a ping sometimes in the lower end. please help me with your input

Fluid must have melted something. Can't have been too good for the paint either.
