If i swap a 95 TB for a 93 TB, do i need to swap the IAC also?

I have a 93 tb with the 95 tps and 95 iac. Do i need the 93 iac? I have the whole bottom section from a 95 tb.

No, as long as you put the whole bottom section from the 95 onto the 93, you can run a 95 IAC.
