I need help...may be computer related

I have a 1996 z28 w/trac. control. it has like 95K. recently i went to crank the car and nothing happen but my security light came on and stayed on and it wouldn't let me crank the car... i unhooked the battery and reconnected it and she fired up but the trac. control stays off w/ light on... and won't turn on and my abs inop light has came on and stayed on with it. every now and then the car doesn't start like that and it sounds like the computer is freaking out....any idea what the problem could be thanks

If the security light comes on and stays on its a Vats problem.
