Angry I need help bad!

Hey guys, I don't know if you remember my thread about my car being ****ed up a couple weeks ago but it was supposedly fixed and now it is screwed up again. I just cleaned my IAC and that seemed to fix the problem for a minute when it idled but then when I drove it I realized cleaning the IAC didn't do anything even though it was filthy. Symptoms are: rough idle, weird gurgling noises from the exhaust, loss of power... while driving it feels like this: I can give it some gas and it will rev up a little bit and I'll give it more and more and it won't rev up at all and then all of a sudden the car revs up and jumps forward. It's like she had to think about it for 10 seconds before adding fuel! I have no idea what could be wrong now. The only thing I can think of is maybe fouled plugs. If you have any ideas, please list them for me so I can see what I've forgotten to try. Thanks so much!

You haven't pulled your plug wires recently have you? No backfiring? That could indicate wrong firing order.

I haven't recently replaced all the wires but when I did, I replaced them one at a time so I'm sure that they are all in the correct spots. There's no real backfiring but you can hear a slight miss sometimes, not even a pop, very faint.

I replaced the coil and opti a couple weeks ago. Wires are fine because I've been having problems with them being burned by my headers for months now and finally replaced and moved them all to spots where they're safe. I cleaned the TB with carb cleaner (O2 sensor safe so I know I didn't fry the brand new O2 sensor). I think I'm going to buy a set of TR55's and a coil wire since the opti and coil are new but the wire is still original. Is there anywhere I can buy just a coil wire or should I buy a universal wire and use the ends and boots that are on my current coil wire?

I've also replaced the fuel filter and stethoscoped my injectors and they all sound fine.

[EDIT]
chasmanz28, you're using Bosch Platinum +4's correct? How are they? I hear a lot of bad things about them but I have a set laying around that I bought a while ago because I knew this guy that worked at a parts store so he gave them to me for less than half price.

well as for the coil wire, dont know if you can buy just the wire, but if its the orignal ide change it, i bet thats your problem right there, and as for the bosch plugs, ive had them in my car for 2 plus years now and i luv them, there might be guys on here that dont like those plugs but theres also lots of guys on this board that have them in there cars and like them, so it comes down to what you want, since you have a set lying around the house ide use them in a heart beat, so change your plugs and change the coil wire and let me know what happens

Ok, I replaced my plugs today with the +4's. Car runs the same, no better, no worse. Should I get a new coil wire? If a new coil wire doesn't solve my problem, what do you guys recommend I should do? (besides sell the car)

Are your running rich at all, maybe you are running lean, it sounds l;ike your are either getting to much fuel, or maybe not enough, I would say you are rich though. If you are running rich you will be able to tell because your exhaust is really black, and smells terrible. besides that i do not know where to go.

Well I didn't see the exhaust being black but when I would warm my car up in the morning and then go outside to go to school there was always black dust caked on to the driveway. It didn't do that anymore since I replaced my bad O2 sensor.

Another thought...

First of all, do you think I should even try to replace the coil wire? Whether or not though, you think the EGR might be the problem? I heard that rough idle and running like crap from 1-2k rpms are symptoms of a bad EGR. Those are my symptoms right now. What are your thoughts?

Just install a blockoff plate to troubleshoot it. They did recall the EGR valves on our cars.

If you call GM you can get a Claim Number, and then take it to your newest GM dealer and they will fix the EGR for FREE! I know from experience.
