how much damage....

i got a m6, alot of bolt ons, nitrous and going to run sticky tires. how long will my stock rearend last? haha i know not long! i am planning or replacing it anyway but i just need to know if i should just wait till it blows out then change it or change it now? i don't care if it blows out just as long as it just ruins the rearend and does NO damage to anything else! OR DOES IT?

You can damage your driveshaft, your yoke, your output shaft, etc.

All depending on how hard you launch and how much torque you have.

Well, if you bust it off the line, no prob except the towing bill home, and the down-time of a month!
If you blow it at speed ugly things can happen. Locking the rear is like pulling the handbrake...Do you know how DEEP those roadside ditches are, here in Hungary? happened to my buddie, might even post link if I find it.
But why wait till it breaks?! Buy it now, have no problems later. You might even sell the stocker...
