I just sold my old motor to a guy and he was tearing it apart and found a broken #4 main cap. The motor ran great and held good oil pressure it was just a bolt on car too at the time. I did a search and found one old post on a guy breaking a main cap on his stock LT1 and didn't even know until he pulled it apart. I was just wondering has anyone else had this happen or heard about it? Is it a mildly common problem?
