How hard to remove A/C compressor?

My A/C hasn't worked for two years now.

Just wondering how hard it would be to delete it all together.

What's involved and how long would it take?

Also where could I get an idler pulley?

It is no hard to remove the AC compressor but it is a PITA to get the AC lines out. Once you remove the AC you will need a 1LE AC delete pulley p/n 10115875.

For the 1LE idler pulley I suggest contacting either:

Dal Slabaugh
or
Jason Cromer

I don't have their numbers handy right now but you can search for them. I know Dal works out of his house now, we live in the same city, but he's still with Van Devere.
