Question How hard is it to change the motor mounts when you don't have headers?

My brother gave me a set of prothane motor mounts that he never put in his 97 WS6. I was wondering how hard these were to put in when you don't have headers? What do I need to do to put them in?

common sense really, jack the motor up so its supported, unbolt the old mount and put the new one up, put bolt in. Lower jack, move on to next mount..

Any advantage to having a poly motor mount?

Don't use the poly tranny mount it will shake your teeth out and don't even have to put quarters in it.

They are stiffer than stock and will last longer.
