What do you guys think about this setup off a local board? Good deal?

I'm selling a brand new 355 10.5:1 LT1 with Speed Pro forged pistons, ARP's, gm847, balanced with a brand new Professional Products SFI approved Harmonic Damper, and brand new SFI approved TCI flex plate. Also comes with ported heads, ECU+wiring harness, intake manifold, injectors,fuel rail, water pump, oil pan, opti, starter, valve covers, engine gasket kit, power steering pump, accessory brackets........... im sure im leaving a few things out, but im typing this on my phone and it is taking forever.
I've spent about $4000 on this engine in machine work and parts and i'm only looking to get $2,500 OBO. I need to sell this ASAP.
