How do you grease suspension bushings?

I'm talking LCA's and Panhard... I have this squeak every time I hit bumps. I made some lower springs mounts but that didn't work. I greased my rear sway bar bushings and that helped but didn't kill the whole squeak. So basically the only two things left are the LCA's and the Panhard rod but neither of them have grease fitting's stock. So my question is, are there instructions on how to grease them up? What kind of grease to use? I'm kinda of bored and feel like doing something. Will it take a long time?

My panhard rod was squeaking and I just hit it with a few shots of WD-40. It doesnt squeak now. It was just a quick fix before I go get my urethane bushings.
